I ordered this product like two months ago and requested my logo be added to the product and at first they never reached out to me so I reached out and then she was telling me that they didn't have an order from me, I had to send a screenshot of the product that I had already paid for, but I asked for my logo to be placed and that did not happen. No communication back after sending my logo and copy of purchase and next think I know they showed up in the mail with their logo on the product. I wanted a smaller blender to go with the larger one I ordered for people to have as a set but they have messed me up with that with my logo on both. Had trouble with site when attempting to load pictures and video but I can surely send via email.

Dear customer, you placed order directly, you didn't have a talk with us. We don't know you need LOGO. Maybe you talked with another supplier?
You placed the order on 12th Feb, 2024. And you choose Ocean shipment that takes 30-45 working day(s) to arrive. that's why you received the package on 19th March.
We paid high attention to customer's requests. But we did't receive any message from you before. You're saying another supplier I think. Welcome to talk with us.
