I ordered this product like two months ago and requested my logo be added to the product and at first they never reached out to me so I reached out and then she was telling me that they didn't have an order from me, I had to send a screenshot of the product that I had already paid for, but I asked for my logo to be placed and that did not happen. No communication back after sending my logo and copy of purchase and next think I know they showed up in the mail with their logo on the product. I wanted a smaller blender to go with the larger one I ordered for people to have as a set but they have messed me up with that with my logo on both. Had trouble with site when attempting to load pictures and video but I can surely send via email.
